Launch of TULLAVIS
LIVISTO launches TULLAVIS, a long-acting 100 mg/ml and 25mg/ml tulathromycin injectable solution for cattle, pigs, and sheep.
TULLAVIS is the new LIVISTO’S injectable solution based on tulathromycin, a macrolide that has been widely used for the control of respiratory conditions and that has demonstrated a very good performance, thanks to its rapid absorption, excellent distribution and great bioavailability in lung tissue.
Tulathromycin shows broad antimicrobial activity against respiratory pathogens, including, Mannheimia haemolityca, Histophilus somni, Haemophilus parasuis, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Pasteurella multocida, Mycoplasma bovis and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. We can state then that TULLAVIS has a broad spectrum of activity and it is useful in most respiratory problems.
With this product, LIVISTO rounds-out its portfolio in the key segment of respiratory diseases in livestock, along with other LIVISTO injectable antibiotics such as CADOREX and QIVITAN.
