LIVISTO acquires Guatemalan distributor Servi Agro
LIVISTO Group is pleased to announce that the business of the Guatemalan distributor Servi Agro was acquired via the newly established group company LIVISTO Guatemala S.A. on January 1st, 2023.
Through this acquisition, LIVISTO Group is able to further expand the footprint in Guatemala and to complete the next milestone of its strategy 2030 for the Americas. Strategically, Guatemala is an important market in Central America with the largest land mass and the biggest populations of both humans and animals. In addition to a large growing livestock market there is an expanding companion animal market.
LIVISTO has operated in Guatemala for over 20 years through Servi Agro, which has established a profound base from which to expand. The sales office and distribution centre is located in Guatemala City. The initial focus will be expanding the market presence with the range of LIVISTO products sourced from El Salvador.
