Cattle

Cattle: Treatment of respiratory diseases caused by Pasteurella multocida  and Mannheimia haemolytica; Treatment of digital dermatitis, infectious bulbar necrosis and acute interdigital necrobacillosis (foul in the foot); Treatment of acute Escherichia coli  mastitis with signs of systemic involvement.
Calves: Escherichia coli  septicaemia.

Intramuscular route. 
Cattle: 2 ml/50 kg b.w./day, 3-5 days. In the case of acute mastitis: 2 ml/50 kg b.w./day, 2 days.
Calves: 4 ml/50 kg b.w./day, 3-5 days.

Meat and offal: 5 days.
Milk: 24 hours.

Pigs

Pigs: Treatment of bacterial infections of the lungs and respiratory tract caused by Pasteurella multocida, Haemophilus parasuis, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Streptococcus suis  and other cefquinome-sensitive organisms; Treatment of Mastitis-Metritis-Agalactia syndrome (MMA) with involvement of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus  spp., Streptococcus  spp. and other cefquinome sensitive organisms.
Piglets: Reduction of mortality in cases of meningitis caused by Streptococcus suis; Treatment of arthritis caused by Streptococcus  spp., Escherichia coli and other cefquinome-sensitive organisms; Treatment of epidermitis (mild or moderate lesions) caused by Staphylococcus hyicus.

Intramuscular route. 
Pigs: Respiratory disease: 2 ml/25 kg b.w./day, 3 days; MMA: 2 ml/25 kg b.w./day, 2 days.
Piglets: 2 ml/25 kg b.w./day, 5 days.

Meat and offal: 3 days.
